OVERVIEW:
We are seeking an experienced leader who can drive inside sales at Kaleidescape. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on manager with a track record of building and managing a successful inside sales group in a structured, sales-driven company. This individual will work closely with sales management and the executive team on overall sales strategy, planning and execution. The individual must possess good judgment and be skilled at using metrics to drive results.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
The successful candidate will lead the inside sales team to drive worldwide revenue growth through our indirect channel through the following actions:
- Hire, develop and manage a top-notch inside sales team at corporate headquarters to support our worldwide dealers and distributors.
- Carry out sales campaigns and other demand generation activities to drive dealer and prospective customer interest in Kaleidescape Systems.
- Work closely with field sales to identify, recruit and develop new dealers.
- Work with Marketing to ensure timely processing of leads from dealer and distributor events.
- Manage sensitive channel and customer issues and escalations.
- Communicate and collaborate with virtually all levels and functions within the company and channel.
- Use Salesforce.com to set objectives, track progress, generate metrics and manage results.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent required; advanced degree desirable
- 7 years in inside sales required
- 3 years of sales management experience required
- Experience managing sales in a fast-paced, high growth environment
- Experience in indirect sales and knowledge of the consumer electronics industry desirable
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Experience designing and administering sales compensation plans
- Able to understand and articulate the technical aspects of our products
- Must be analytical and skilled in the use of CRM systems; experience with Salesforce.com preferred
