JOB DUTIES:
Successful candidates will be hands-on, capable of working independently, and able to drive customer issues and projects to completion with limited supervision. The Technical Support Coordinator (TSC) will triage incoming support requests and work with Technical Support Engineers to follow up on open support cases, resolve service-related shipping/receiving discrepancies, process Return Merchandise Authorization numbers, assist in the generation of departmental reports, and answer common email and phone technical support questions. This role requires great customer service skills, creativity, and attention to detail. The TSC may also be involved in product testing, documentation and training, trade show support, and other projects as required.

- Familiarity with distributed audio-video, custom home electronics installation.
- Understanding of networking or TCP/IP solutions.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
A Bachelor's or technical degree, or a minimum of 3 years in a customer service environment.
The successful candidate must be comfortable communicating with other departments to investigate and resolve cases and to work on internal projects. The successful candidate must also have a strong desire to learn new technologies, should be customer focused.
