Kaleidescape is pleased to announce the addition of three new managers to our sales and support teams:

  • Marc Kopczynski, Director, Customer Support
  • Clint Forberg, Director, Technical Sales
  • Danny Thompson, Manager, Western Regional Sales

Marc Kopczynski has over 21 years of experience in technical support and customer care. His career includes support positions at Intel, Apple, RingCentral, Salesforce.com, and Intacct. Marc is in charge of Kaleidescape’s technical support for dealers and customers, with emphasis on self-help tools.

Clint Forberg has a wide range of experience, from working as a custom design and installation manager at Bose Corporation, to running and growing his own custom audio and video business, Installtech, and a long career at RTI as their director of training for custom A/V integrators. Clint is responsible for developing Kaleidescape’s channel sales tools. Clint will also play a sales role in the Mid-Atlantic, Mid-West, New England, and Metro NY.

Danny Thompson has over 30 years of sales experience in the custom electronics channel. He began his career in home audio, and then worked at MK Marketing, a manufacturers’ representative firm in Southern California. Most recently, Danny worked for Savant Systems as its sales manager for southern California and Arizona. Danny is passionate about custom audio/video and home cinema.

Clint and Danny report to Tim Barnes, our Vice President, Sales Operations (United States).
