Tayloe Stansbury

Tayloe Stansbury has more than 35 years experience building scalable technology platforms and organizations across a number of leading companies. Prior to Kaleidescape, Tayloe served as interim CEO of Watermark Insights. Before that, he was executive vice president and chief technology officer of Intuit (Nasdaq:INTU), where he was responsible for all product engineering, artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, and information technology. Tayloe also previously served as executive vice president of Ariba (Nasdaq:ARBA), where he led product management, engineering, hosting, and customer support. Tayloe currently serves on the boards of FICO (NYSE:FICO) and Watermark Insights; previously he served on the boards of Coupa (Nasdaq:COUP), Shutterfly (Nasdaq:SFLY), BlueJeans Network, and Harvey Mudd College. Tayloe graduated with honors in applied mathematics from Harvard University.
Jack Kline

Jack Kline served more than 40 years at Christie Digital Systems, most recently as president and CEO of Christie’s operating companies worldwide. He pioneered digital cinema technology and was the architect of the innovative Virtual Print Fee that accelerated the adoption of digital projection in movie theaters and created a revolution in global entertainment. Jack is a member of various organizations, including the Society of Motion Picture & Television Engineers (SMPTE), the Will Rogers Motion Picture Pioneers, and the International Cinema Technology Association (ICTA). He is also actively involved with numerous charities, including Lollipop Theater Network, where he serves on the Board of Directors. Jack holds a bachelor of arts degree in psychology from the University of Tampa.
Thomas Molter

Thomas Molter has more than 25 years of experience spanning creative, business, and operational leadership in the global entertainment industry. Formerly the executive vice president of International Theatrical Distribution for Warner Bros. Pictures, Thomas led distribution strategy and operations across 125+ territories, steering the international releases of a diverse slate of feature films. In 2020, Thomas established Insomnify, Inc., a C-Suite entertainment consulting service advising studios, production companies, streamers, the exhibition community, and technology firms on strategic, business development and creative initiatives globally. He holds a bachelor of arts in communication and media studies from University of California, Berkeley, and an MBA in entertainment management from UCLA Anderson School of Management.
PRISCILLA MORGAN
director
Priscilla Morgan brings more than 25 years of experience building and advancing sales, finance, and field operations initiatives. Priscilla served on Kaleidescape’s board of directors 2021-2022, then as chief operating officer 2022-2024, then as president 2024-2025, and returned to the board in 2025. Previously, Priscilla was chief revenue officer at Alliance Consumer Group. Before that, Priscilla oversaw worldwide sales and business operations and new business design and implementation in vice president roles at Dolby. As vice president of business operations and development at Oracle, she led cross-functional teams to refine business practices, operations, and opportunity management for on demand and support services. She also served as the CFO at TuVox and conducted client engagements at KPMG. Priscilla holds a bachelor of arts in English with an emphasis in accounting from the University of California, Berkeley. She was selected twice as one of the Most Influential Women in Business by The San Francisco Business Times.
DOUG DARROW

Doug Darrow has more than 30 years of experience developing and commercializing entertainment technologies. Doug played a key role in the theatrical industry’s transition to digital presentation and distribution by enabling the wide-scale deployment of digital cinema projectors, including the very first digital cinema release, Star Wars: Episode I – The Phantom Menace. Doug led Dolby Laboratories Cinema business unit for over a decade, where he launched Dolby Cinema and an array of server, processor, amplifier, and speaker products and post-production services that won Emmys and technical Academy Awards. Previously, Doug was CEO of Laser Light Engines and general manager of DLP Cinema at Texas Instruments. Doug holds a BS in optical engineering from the University of Rochester and an MBA from the University of Dallas.
