RETURN POLICY

Return Window

Products purchased from the Kaleidescape Product Store may be returned within thirty (30) days of the shipment date. To initiate a return, contact support@kaleidescape.com within this period.

Condition Requirements

To qualify for a return: products must be in perfect, like-new condition; all original packaging, accessories, cables, and documentation must be included; and products must be packaged securely to prevent damage in transit. Damage, missing accessories, or non-original packaging may result in refusal of the return or additional fees. These condition requirements apply to standard returns. Products returned as defective or damaged during shipping are exempt from the like-new condition requirement.

Restocking Fee

A 15% restocking fee applies to returns, calculated on the product purchase price (excluding taxes). This fee does not apply to products that are damaged during shipping or defective.

Return Shipping

Kaleidescape provides prepaid return shipping labels for all authorized returns within the 30-day return window.

Shipping Damage

If your product arrives damaged, contact support@kaleidescape.comwithin the 30-day return window for replacement under warranty. Include your order ID, a description of the damage, and photos. Kaleidescape will provide a prepaid return label and no restocking fee applies.

Defective Products

If your product is defective, contact support@kaleidescape.com. Defective products may be returned within the warranty period. Include your order ID and a description of the issue. Kaleidescape will provide a prepaid return label and no restocking fee applies.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled without penalty before shipment by contacting support@kaleidescape.com. Because orders are processed quickly, cancellation requests must be made within a few hours of placing the order. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled and the standard return policy applies.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact support@kaleidescape.com with your order ID, product serial number, and reason for return.
  2. Receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and prepaid shipping label.
  3. Package the product securely in its original packaging.
  4. Write the RMA number clearly on the outside of the package.
  5. Ship the product using the prepaid label provided.

Do not ship any product without first receiving an RMA number. Returns without an RMA may be refused.

Refund Processing

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10-15 business days of Kaleidescape receiving and inspecting the returned product. Restocking fees, if applicable, will be deducted from the refund amount.
