Does the Kaleidescape System accept Russian (Cyrillic) characters?

At this time the Kaleidescape System only supports the Latin-1 character set. Latin-1 is the common name for the ISO 8859-1 National Character Set, which includes characters in use in North America, Europe and Latin America.
