Does the Kaleidescape System have good audio quality?
Yes. Servers store exact (bit-for-bit) copies of the digital data imported from your CDs. The Kaleidescape System uses a proprietary method for reading CDs that eliminates most of the clicks, pops, and other noises that can result from read errors. Kaleidescape players convert these bit streams into digital and analog audio outputs just as if you were playing the CD in a reference-quality CD player.
