I added a disc to my Kaleidescape system and it is recognized, but there is no cover art.

The Kaleidescape Movie and Music Guide Services provide cover art for most of the Blu-ray and DVD quality movies, and albums in our database. If your Kaleidescape System recognizes a movie or album, and displays information about it, then cover art will usually appear in the on-screen user interface and browser interface within a few minutes. Cover art is not always available for a recognized album. If cover art does not appear, this may be because your Kaleidescape System cannot connect to
