Maximum number of systems that can be associated to one store account 

The Kaleidescape store can have up to 5 systems associated to the same email address. If a customer wants to add a new system, he will have a message with the following options: 

• Disable Movie Store downloads for one of the existing systems 

• Deactivate one of your existing activated systems that supports movie downloads 

• Activate this system with another account by using a different email address 

To disable Movie Store downloads on a system: 

Go to Mange>Account> My Systems and click Disable Movie Downloads button 

Then click Disable Downloads in the Disable Movie Downloads confirmation dialog 

After disabling downloads, the customer will need to manually delete any downloaded movies on this system. Any downloaded movie on this system won’t be playable.
