If you have finished setting up a Kaleidescape System, but it still doesn't work, then it might not be fully configured. Ensure that the players video settings are set up correctly for your configuration, and that you are on the right television input and seeing the Kaleidescape on-screen interface. Also ensure that your Kaleidescape System is connected to the Internet so it is in contact with Kaleidescape and can access any available software updates.
If the system continues to not work, please contact an authorized Kaleidescape dealer and provide them with the serial number of any Kaleidescape component in your system.
