Sometimes overlooked, it is essential that you first check the power outlet and power cord making sure they are working as expected and nothing happened to one of them.
If that is not the problem, try unplugging the power cord from the rear of the component for 5-10 minutes. Apply power again. If the problem persists, contact an authorized Kaleidescape dealer and be prepared with the serial number of the component and a list of the troubleshooting steps attempted.
