Natural Disasters
If your Kaleidescape component has been affected by a natural disaster (earthquake, flood, fire, lighting, etc.), and is unusable, an email must be sent to support@kaleidescape.com with all the Kaleidescape components’ serial numbers. Our support staff will work with you and your Kaleidescape dealer to determine the appropriate hardware solution for your system and to ensure any downloaded content is released from the impacted component, allowing you to redownload it to your existing or replacement hardware.
