There are several causes of missing movies on the onscreen display:
Strato movie players do not show movies formatted with High Dynamic Range (HDR) unless the currently connected television or projector supports HDR. In general, HDR movies are only shown if every HDMI device on the HDMI video path supports HDR (i.e. the AV receiver, video processor, etc.).
Only Strato movie players can play 4K/UHD and 4K/HDR movies, and thus this content will only be shown on the Strato onscreen display.
If there are multiple Kaleidescape servers in the system and one or more servers are not online then the content on these servers is not shown.
Parental control settings are restricting content.
The movie downloaded was a pre-order and it has not unlocked yet.
Troubleshooting Missing HDR Movies
The local browser interface indicates the movie format for all downloaded, imported, and catalogued movies. If the missing content is HDR, then it is likely that the Strato is detecting that one or more of the HDMI devices on the HDMI video path does not support HDR.
If the movies are listed but not appearing on the video output from the Strato player, verify the Strato is receiving EDID information on the HDMI connection that is showing support for HDR. This is done from the browser interface on the Settings tab, under Components. Select the "Settings" button under the Strato player in question and a popup window will appear. Click "Show video capabilities and status”. Examine the Supported HDMI Features section and ensure that “HDR” is reporting Yes.

Troubleshooting Missing UHD or HD Movies
HD and Blu-ray content are visible on M-class players, 2nd Generation Cinema One, and Alto players.
Blu-ray content is only visible on a Strato player when it has been paired with an Alto or M-class player.
Catalogued Blu-ray content is not visible on a Strato player unless it has been paired with an Alto or M-class player.
