What percentage of the DVDs imported or cataloged by customers are already in the Movie Guide?
About 93.5 percent of DVDs imported or cataloged in the USA (not counting personal home video DVDs) are already in the Kaleidescape Movie Guide database at the time the content is added. About 85 percent of DVDs imported or cataloged outside the United States are already in the Movie Guide. If the UPC/EAN for an unrecognized DVD is entered, then we will try to add most of the missing information about that DVD to the Movie Guide within two business days. These UPC/EANs have helped us raise our coverage to 96.8 percent of the DVDs in Kaleidescape Systems in the USA and 92.7 percent of the DVDs in Kaleidescape Systems outside the USA.
