What processors do you use?
Kaleidescape servers and players are purpose-designed movie server components. Kaleidescape components are designed by Kaleidescape for reliability and for the specific movie server requirements of networking, storage, and reference-quality audio and video processing. They are not repackaged PCs. In designing these components, Kaleidescape carefully selects and qualifies processors and electronic components from various vendors and manufacturers. Kaleidescape does not generally disclose the details of which processors and electronic components are used in Kaleidescape components.
