JOB DUTIES:

Oversee and manage outside provider(s) of MRO services and/or commodities, for the successful support of all company organizations for all non inventory procurement related activity, and to source & evaluate new suppliers as required. Additional responsibilities include overseeing the administration and tracking of RMA products between Kaleidescape customers and contract manufacturers and authorizing the issue of replacement product when needed.

REQUIREMENTS:

This role requires strong communication, management and leadership skills, and the ability to drive results in a team environment towards high performance, cost-effective results. Your background includes:

  • Five years of similar or related in both electronics manufacturing services and an OEM business environment is preferred.
  • A good understanding of business relationship interaction and development practices.
  • Attention to detail with strong negotiating, administrative, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, Project and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent oral and written communication.
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Data Entry – Purchase Orders and Approved Vendor List's as required. Follow up and expedite any order.
  • Ability to develop and manage supplier relationships.
  • Coordinate associated Accounting and Receiving Problems.
  • Positive, energetic leadership style.
  • Hands-on leadership approach – must be able to actively participate in supply chain discussions and represent the team’s position, data and recommendations in meetings with other teams.
  • Results-focus, emphasizing team accountability within a culture of openness, respect, innovation, excellence and fun.

  • Review of orders for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with existing policies and procedures.
  • Working knowledge of modern supply chain techniques.
  • Ability to assist other team members with the successful transition of new products into operations.
  • Ability to work within established policies and regulations.
  • Understanding of Uniform Commercial Code and common business practices relating to the purchase, pricing, terms, shipment, taxes, and payment for commodities and services.

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Five years of similar or related in both electronics manufacturing services and an OEM business environment is preferred.
