OVERVIEW:
Kaleidescape is seeking a high-energy, self-motivated and team-oriented individual to join our international sales team. This individual will be responsible for planning, developing and managing our relationships with custom-installation distributors and dealers outside the USA and Canada.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop business relationships with existing distributors so as to increase sales and awareness of Kaleidescape Systems.
- Prospect, develop, educate and support distributors and dealers.
- Increase Kaleidescape sales through training, co-marketing and end-user events within international sales territories.
- Develop and implement sales and marketing programs customized to the sales territory.
- Effectively communicate feedback from distributors, dealers, and end-users to affected groups inside the company, such as support and marketing.
- Attend distributor-led training events and regional annual trade shows to promote Kaleidescape products.
REQUIREMENTS:
- A proven track record of industry experience and outstanding sales accomplishments
- Success developing and executing sales programs that promoted products to distributors, residential systems integrators, custom installers and audio video retailers
- Strong communications and organizational skills
- Clear thinker and communicator
- Good professional writing skills
- Excellent problem solving abilities
- Highly driven to succeed
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor's degree required
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in the custom installation or high-end audio-video market
- Languages: Fluent in English and one or two other European languages
