OVERVIEW:

Kaleidescape is seeking a high-energy, self-motivated and team-oriented individual to join our international sales team. This individual will be responsible for planning, developing and managing our relationships with custom-installation distributors and dealers outside the USA and Canada.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop business relationships with existing distributors so as to increase sales and awareness of Kaleidescape Systems.
  • Prospect, develop, educate and support distributors and dealers.
  • Increase Kaleidescape sales through training, co-marketing and end-user events within international sales territories.
  • Develop and implement sales and marketing programs customized to the sales territory.
  • Effectively communicate feedback from distributors, dealers, and end-users to affected groups inside the company, such as support and marketing.
  • Attend distributor-led training events and regional annual trade shows to promote Kaleidescape products.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • A proven track record of industry experience and outstanding sales accomplishments
  • Success developing and executing sales programs that promoted products to distributors, residential systems integrators, custom installers and audio video retailers
  • Strong communications and organizational skills
  • Clear thinker and communicator
  • Good professional writing skills
  • Excellent problem solving abilities
  • Highly driven to succeed

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in the custom installation or high-end audio-video market
  • Languages: Fluent in English and one or two other European languages
