WHAT YOU BRING TO US:

You have a good understanding of quality processes and approaches to extend the scope of functionality tested and improve efficiency. You also have proven experience in rigorous evaluation of system software releases, including user interface, networking and performance. Your background includes:

  • Related educational background, such as Computer Science or Computer Engineering.
  • Experience documenting tests plans and cases based on business, system and functional requirements.
  • Proficient with Unix command syntax.
  • Proficient scripting language skills (Perl, Python, Ruby, etc.)
  • Familiar with test automation tools such as WinRunner, Silk Test, Watir, etc.
  • Familiar with test automation using keyword, table-driven and data-driven design.
  • Familiar with test automation using product APIs.
  • Familiar with product build systems and linkage with test automation suites In addition to these "hard" skills, you have the right approach to fit with our team, including:
    • Exceptional problem solving abilities with a natural curiosity of how things work.
    • Strong facilitation and communication skills (both oral and written) to work with all of engineering towards tracking and resolution of quality issues.
    • Energy and passion for results and independent goal achievement.
    • Extreme detail orientation within a big-picture understanding.
    • Eagerness to tackle new technical challenges and learn new technologies.
